Joining the mambodesign.co.uk template membership implies you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. Mambodesign.co.uk Template Modifications You are authorized to make any necessary modification's to our products to fit your purpose, including the removal of any copyright references unless specified within the template readme file or via the members download area.
Unauthorized use of mambodesign.co.uk templates
You must not place any of the mambodesign.co.uk products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, medium, web site or for redistribution and resale.
Limited usage granted
You may use each individual template design on a single website only, belonging to either you or your client.
Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of mambodesign.co.uk. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
Assignability
You must not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from mambodesign.co.uk Refund Policy mambodesign.co.uk is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the membership is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon registering at our site.
Terms of service and template amendments
mambodesign.co.uk reserves the right to redevelop, change and release templates with no prior notice. mambodesign.co.uk also reserves the right to change or modify the Terms of service outlined in this document with no prior notice.
